Student Success Agency (SSA) is a digital support platform built to improve student outcomes through human connection. As the organization expanded into new school districts nationwide, they needed a way to reach some of the hardest-to-access decision makers in education: superintendents.

I designed and curated a targeted direct-mail experience created specifically for this audience. Each kit was built with custom, purpose-driven products that reinforced SSA’s mission of community, care, and student support—serving as both a meaningful gesture and a conversation starter.

Alongside the physical items, the kits included a strategic roadmap outlining how SSA’s platform helps increase graduation rates, support students’ emotional and mental well-being, and integrate seamlessly into existing school systems. The result was a human-centered outreach tool designed to break through the noise and open doors for district-level adoption.
