To commemorate 75 years of Warriors basketball, the Golden State Warriors launched their Classic Edition uniforms and court for the 2021–22 season—an homage to the franchise’s roots as the 1946 Philadelphia Warriors and to Wilt Chamberlain’s iconic era. The team wanted a launch moment that didn’t just look backward, but connected the legacy of the franchise to the modern-day dynasty.
We created a premium influencer kit designed to bridge the Warriors’ past and present. Housed in a custom-built wooden box, the kit included an Origins jersey, a digital art frame created in collaboration with WalkerTKL, a custom Polaroid camera, enamel pin set, official Warriors Origins merchandise, and a bespoke boombox stereo. The hero artwork brought the concept to life by depicting Wilt Chamberlain rising for a rebound and dishing the ball to Steph Curry for a signature three—visually linking two defining eras of Warriors greatness.
The kits were delivered to five TikTok creators who collectively reach over 26 million followers, generating more than 3 million views across their posts. To extend the experience, the creators were invited to Rakuten’s Warriors Origins game night, where they attended the game from a private suite and continued to share content around the launch.
